I don't think they actually serve the same clientele..Target has gotten trendy in a good way with designers making affordable things..Mossimo, Cynthia Rowley, Isaac Mizrahi all design lines for Target. So people who are interested in lower priced but still rather quality stuff go to target. People who are concerned about price, PERIOD, go to Walmart. Generalization, I know, but seems to be true. And Walmart sells guns but not music with explicit lyrics. They make no sense to me, and I've read a few things on how poorly they treat their employees.
The only thing I use Walmart for is their parking lots. They allow RV's and cross-country roadtrippers to camp in their parking lots for free, as long as nobody messes on their pavement.
Of course, I then drive to Target for O.J. in the morning..and to use the bathroom.

Yup. Working on the weekends is a horrible experience that nobody should have to do. I mean, really, do people really have to bug me on a saturday about their cell phone bill? I don't think so. It's uncalled for.
