This is my big ass update blog.
I still haven't taken pictures of the scooter, but here is a pic I found on the net:
I really, really, have learned to appreciate nice, warm weather over the past week. Wednesday morning was the most beautiful day for riding my scooter, but Wednesday night was close to hell because it was so windy out. I love riding, especially with my honey SlackerInChief. It's very intimate...it's like a constant hug and I get lots of kisses on the back of my neck. Our ride last night sucked a bit because it was cold. It wasn't really cold out in general, but when you're moving at 45MPH, it SUCKS! I can't wait until it is warmer out. I'm just glad we're in Florida where it never snows...ever. Hawaii sounds nice about now. I've realized over this past week that I belong in a warm climate. I think I will ride scooters or motorcycles for the rest of my life. It feels so good, but if you're a girl, you can never wear your hair down again. I didn't pull my hair back one day and it go so knotted.
I think I've already mentioned that I'm back in school. There isn't really much to say, but I fucked up and had to go through an appeal to get my financial aid reinstated. I didn't use the real reason I dropped out of classes, which was I dumped my boyfriend who paid all of my bills and had to get a job...I actually worked at the Waffle House for a month...I used something that was a contributing factor, but not the real reason. It just seemed like a better excuse and it worked. I'm only taking three classes this semester: Post Civil War American Lit, creative writing, and environmental science. I'm doing well, except I turned in a paper two days late for American Lit and lost 30 points. eek!
I've been dating the SlackerInChief for 4.5 months now. He has to be the greatest boyfriend ever. He is very cute, loving, funny, and so much more. I have such a great time with him and I'm a much happier person because of him. I plan on keeping this one! Aren't we the cutest?
Yes, we are! I took him out for his birthday dinner last night...remember to stop by and wish him a happy birthday on Monday!!! Anyway, we went to Olive Garden. We were going to go somewhere else, but ended up at Olive Garden for some reason. I'm glad we did. I've never had so much fun in a restaurant! The waiter was awesome and this manager stopped by...earlier, Slacker said he wanted the manager to come wish him happy birthday and shake his hand, so I told her this. Then, every minute or so, somebody would walk by and say "happy birthday". It was so funny. Just know that the Olive Garden in Altamonte Springs, FL is the greatest ever! After that, we went to play mini golf. I lost by two points, but I let him reset twice. I let him win anyway...you tell that I'm a sore loser? Yes, I am! I'll be the first to admit it!

Take my advice on those two bands. I think you'll be impressed.
I'm also getting into Ted Leo and the Pharmacists right now.
Tel your man that I said Happy Birthday. Ask him why you've been dating for four and a half months and you haven't formally introduced us.
