I got a new lease offer from the apartment complex, 2 years for a few bucks less than what I was spending now, and I was on a discount over the normal rate anyway. I guess with an offer like that there is no reason to think about moving.
My TV blew up on Sunday night, it was less than 2 years old and now it is a wall hanging. I could get it fixed but without a TV I am lost, I have it on for noise and company all day long.
Without any distraction I got a ton of work done, and today I have to work hard to catch up because yesterday was a day of going out and doing visit some of my suppliers.
I am back to work.

Bah on the insurance rates. The word from the police and the insurance companies is that although the cop found the kid at fault, the judge in traffic court might throw it out, and the insurance companies will look to fault me since *I* am the one who crashed into him, no matter how he was misbehaving. My rates will go up, regardless.
I'm fine, but if I can't help but note that if I was marginally existing, this would be enough to wipe me out or really set me back. WHY is it like this? WHY?
