I just repurchased Dark Throne's 1st album "Soulside Journey" today. I got it when it originally came out way back in '91 and for some reason I sold it. I don't remembr why I got rid of it. It's a classic of old school Death metal. Then they changed to become the forefathers of Black Metal (A style I was never fond of) and I never listened to them after that. Listening to Soulside today brought back fond memories of the early '90s death metal scene. I loved that era of Metal. That was the music which shaped my listening through out High School. From time to time I like going back in my collection and revisiting the classics of that era. Does anyone have favorite old school albums you like going back and revisiting? It makes me feel like a kid all over again. Well,until next time.....
