I'm very happy today. I got the CD burner to work, so I made myself a chick rock compilation CD. I didn't add any Archenemy, though, because I can't remember which album it was that had the female vocalist. So, rather than wading through random downloads, I ommitted it. So, here's the tracks:
Bif Naked - Twitch
Bif Naked - Moment of Weakness
Bif Naked - I Love Myself Today
Live on Release - I'm Afraid of Britney Spears
Otep - Blood Pigs
Otep - Filthee
Otep - Hooks + Splinters
Otep - T.R.I.C.
Otep - Suicide Trees
HorrorPops - Julia
HorrorPops - Psychobitches Outta Hell
HorrorPops - Girl in a Cage
Guano Apes - Open Your Eyes
Joss Stone - Fell in Love with a Boy
Light this City - No Solace in Sleep
Light this City - Parisian Sun
Light this City - The Static Masses
Tracy Bonham - Mother, Mother
Veruca Salt - Volcano Girls
Killing Heidi - Astral Boy
I was super surprised to be able to find Light This City since they are a local band. They are doing really well, though. So, I guess that I shouldn't be too surprised. I dunno ... it's just odd when I see people that I know or bands that I used to see at the Rec Center when I was younger on movie and tv soundtracks (like the KGB) or going on national tours and in huge magazines (like Light This City).
