One month till my vacation and I changes my plans to NYC
This past Sunday i shaved my head for St Baldriks foundation charity, raised over $200 from work for it and the event raised over $25,000. Only 2 regrets, not raising more money, and having a cold head 
oh how i cant wait for my vacation time to come. never actually had a vacation ..... what the hell am i gonna do
my hand feels like its on fire from cutting buckets of veg into brunoise. oh how i hate the holidays

Just got back from the the NJ Exotica Exxxpo. Had a blast and met a lot of people. I wish i could upload the photos but they are a little to big. Definitely gonna go back next year.

i go to work in the kitchen on a normal monday and find out it's the anniversary of the it open and leave with a bottle champagne and overtime pay
