So my company is retrenching...Fuck...Will be finding out more Thursday.

That said... I was retrenched in 2004 and it was the best thing to happen to my career. After getting retrenched I started working freelance, it was hard going at first though, but now I'm my own boss, have enough money and get to sleep late whenever I want. (Or party as late as I want, which is usually where the late sleeping comes from.)
