My word we are experiencing the hottest and most humid summer since I moved here. This morning it was 25C degrees...at 7 o clock in the morning! That is 77F! The sun is barely up for fuck sake! We had our first proper physical tonight at training, it was disgustingly hot, after the first set of pushups, the floor was covered in a film of sweat much gross!

I am doing my bit to battle the heat by drinking ice cold Gin and Tonics old lady drink FTW! Hopefully this tactic will help me in the sleeping department too. My insomnia has been flaring up badly as of late.

On a different note: I went and watched Paranormal Activity with Ailis on Sunday. We were both keen for a good horror movie but left disappointed and slightly bored. The major issue for me was that the people that are experiencing the demonic fun are absolute idiots. If I was being hunted by a demon i would use the internet to find: A: specialists, not just one old man, B protection of some sort! a circle of protection some salt anything really. But enough bitching.

Lastly, my condolences to everyone in JHB who knew Mike. He was well loved and I am sure he will be missed. My love and thoughts are with you all.
