I'm super nostalgic.

I just bought the Black Army Jacket "Closed Casket" CD... I HAD to because I had such major hots for Rob Lawi, the singer. I'll NEVER forget the first time I saw him... I noticed him wandering around the Stalog before the show... and I thought, "DAMN he's cute." (Which was something, because I can count the guys I have had that kind or reaction to on one hand!)

But anyway, THEN he got up there to sing with his band (I had no idea he was IN a band), and with that first gutteral scream, my heart fell through the floor. I marched right up to him after the show and exchanged numbers & addresses. (this was PRE-everyone-has-Internet) We talked on the phone and wrote letters a few times, but by the time he came around Philly again, I was already dating my current bf, Justin, who didn't appreciate Rob giving me a kiss the second he saw me!

Any-hoo, seeing the pictures of him & hearing the band brought all of those memories back, and now I kinda want to give him a call or something.

What IS it about the ones who got away???????
