I started at Grumpys downtown and went along the river towatds St. Paul. Then we went over the ford bridge and farted around over there for a little while then came back over the bridge on towards the 494 bridge( thats one hell af a hill to climb from out of the river valley) I think that took us into mendoat heights or something. We took some road that got us to downtown St' Paul and took grand or something to Summit which go tus to the river and rode the opposite side of the river and crossed the 9th st bridge I think. The one that's kinda hidden. then got back to beer and food at grumpys. 30 miles isnt too bad. I don't push myself hard unless I am climbing a steep hill. Just keep a good pace and before you know it your in stillwater. I think stillwater was my first long ride. But that sucked cause I was on a Mtn bike with VERY low gears.
