As a Late lunch today I made a Beef Stew.

1 1/2 lbs. Beaf Stew meat
2 Celery Stalks
1/2 bag of baby carrots
2 pearl onions
1 small can of mexican salsa ( for a kick )
2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste

Boil untill the meat and carrots are very tender.
