*sigh* Things aren't going so good over my way.
The only thing that I'm really into right now is that I bought a sketch book the other day that I'm making myself draw in once a day or more so that I can be improved by the end of the summer. And I checked out some figure drawing books and stuff from the library yesterday.
..how about you guys?
Oh...and Vixen liked her tat design. Can't wait to see it on her.

Off the top of my head I can't think of any, other than to pick up anything about schiele that you can. I don't know where you live, but what I do sometimes is to go to the art museum and just study the paintings in depth. Schiele is great for this because he was so bold with his work that you can really se the raw technique.
I always thought the hardest thing about working with goauche was the lack of luster and gloss in the paint. But try thinking of it as a chalk or pastel. This always worked for me. That and a big fan brush, because with a little water, you can work the paint for days and days. I ussually work it until it is foamy when i am trying to blend colors on paper.
