You had just stepped foot outside (anger rising - hate cops). That is bullshit, and it should get dropped. Ask for a public defender, they're not that bad, I had to use one & he worked it for me. I hope it gets tossed and the judge embarasses the little douche bag cop. Good luck & God speed.
