While the art world looks promising, I made a trip to my local pet store who have cats up for adoption. There were six gorgeous little guys who were all ready for adoption and had all been abandoned by someone. I told them that I was surprised this went on and they said that it happens all the time. Sad stuff but I'm glad that someone is doing something to give them a good new home.
