two things I want to get off my chest:
1. I'm a PA student that stands for Phyician Associate. I will be able to do about 80% of what a doctor can do, I don't plan on being a doctor and don't expect to be called Dr. XXXXX. I don't plan on being a Doctor because of the current state of medicine that currently forces doctors to be businessmen. I want to treat patients, do procedures and have a life. That's why I chose PA school.
2. I've only had two days of classes under my belt that have consisted of microbiology and anatomy. That doesn't mean I can diagnose your current illness, recommend a drug to cure your problems, help you con a doctor to get a script, write you a script or answer questions that you should be asking your doctor.
[/end rant]
