So I'm about 90% moved in. Almost unpacked all my cloths and stuff still needs to be on the wall. The highlight of my past week has been my 4 hours spent that the Hamden DMV to get my CT drivers license and car registered. Plus until yesterday my dad was here. Don't get me wrong I love my dad but being with him for 72 hours straight is a bit too much. Especially since he's gotten into the habit of reading the signs of local businesses while I'm driving, the entertainment factor increases exponentially when I'm double backing.
Ever wonder what $1,000 in books looks like? Well I got to see this firsthand when I went to get my schoolbooks. DAMN!! FUCKING DAMN!!! I know I need them but $1,000 for thirteen boods?! and the thing is is that I only got the required texts for each class. Imgine the bill if I had gotten all the books listed :-/
I'll post pics of the new place when everything is up. The shitty part about my move is that I did it in stages. Hence not all the kitchen stuff is together but spread out between 5 boxes mixed in with other household stuff. Blah. I need a nap.
CTSGers anything to do in this town?
