So it's been a while since Hot 97 Debuted the Tsunami Song. Though Mis Jones and her morning Crew have been suspended and their salaries donated to Tsunami Relief I am still disturbed. Not disturbed because I am a prideful Asian American but disturbed by the fact that someone decided to make a parody using a great humanitarian song (We Are the World) as a base for making fun of the deaths of 150,000+ people, children being left orphaned and livelyhoods destroyed while they live comfortable lives and earn a living by talking on the radio.

What really bugs me is that Miss Jones's basing of Miss Info for speaking her opinion on why she refused to be a part of the song. To tell someone that she did not participate because she thought she was better than everyone because she was asian just show what kind of person Hot 97 put on the radio. It's sad. Very sad.
