Vacation
For the past couple of days I've more or less took a vacation from the internet. Yes, I have gotten online a little, I've even hung around SG a bit, but mostly my computer's been shut down. For me to be at home, awake for any long length of time and to mostly stay away from my computer is highly strange.
I've had things on my mind I want to try and forget about for awhile, so I reaquainted myself with that television thing. You know, that thing that's kind of like a computer, but has no keyboard and you can't send email with it. I used to watch the television thing a lot, but now I rarely spend more than an hour and a half a day watching it because there's nothing on. But Saturday I ended up watching the Croc Hunter all day long and Sunday I watched American Chopper all day long. (I have a love/hate with Am. Chopper. It's an entertaining program, but it's also insanely repetitious. And, worse, its popularity is responsible for the increasing amounts of dickheads on motorcycles I have to deal with when I'm driving.) So I sunk two days into oblivion in front of the television thing; there are worse ways to waste time.

I'm a dork
But I've also got about 30 pages of a novel done with a nicely fleshed out outline..
and I think I can sell it.
other than that.. I post here, and at Tar Valon.net.. which has troubles with the message boards.. (I'm a Sci-Fi Fantasy book geek) and an occasional visit to Stileproject.com which is full of angsty 15yr old boys who annoy me..
so enough rambling.. I'll un hijack the thread..
