For the heck of it I decided to enter the Sonic Youth contest that's at the top of this page to win an iPod Mini. I had to fill out a survey. One of the questions was, "How long have you been a Sonic Youth fan?" You had to select an answer from a drop-down list. The maximum length of time was, "More than five years." More than five years? I think I got my first Sonic Youth album in 1986 and it's on vinyl. More than five years indeed.

haha. i did that survey too. I as well put "more than five years." I got my first Sonis Youth album when I was eleven; saw them the first time at fifteen. Yeah, I felt pretty damn old too. Ah, well. You'll have that.
