So, I've got a 3-day weekend ahead of me. And it's going to be busy busy busy until I wake up Saturday afternoon.
Gear of War 2 is being released tonight at midnight, and like a big fucking nerd, I'm gonna go wait in line and get it. Then proceed to play it til probably 6 AM or until I pass out from sleep deprivation, whichever happens first.
Then my friend Jeremy leaves for Chicago soon so a group of us are going out for a night on the town, so to speak. I never do this shit ever, bar hopping. So it will be interesting.
So then I think that's it. I'll be tired as hell the rest of the weekend. I'll probably spend it cleaning, helping Sassie move in, and watching movies/TV on DVD.
So, I finally got around to downloading the new Conor Oberst solo album (legally via download code with the vinyl). It's strange how much it reminds me of the Bright Eyes album "Cassadaga". I've read that Bright Eyes is working on a new album but if Conor just evolved to do his own thing minus Mike and Nate (only other 2 perm members), I wouldn't really complain. But I may take that back if it really happened to go that way.
So, I've ran out of stuff to talk about. I've been on the internet way too long. Take a look at the amazing work scottsmallin has done, especially for my lady, Sassie.

Seitan is pretty decent, even to meet eaters. At my graduation party one of my best friends made this big seitan dish...my parents were telling me how wonderful the meat was, I was like "Guys, that's not meat!" They were flabbergasted. So if you ever find yourself on a vegan island. Order seitan.
