read your thread about the bus ride, i do believe you are getting old. I like to sit on the back of the seats it seems more comfy sometimes because i have long legs

I'm 6'1 and have never felt the compulsion but then it's probably ok for a fella to look ungainly. 
Funnily enough the chap I saw most recently sitting on the back of the seat looked at least my age but he was sporting a leather jacket so may have been trying to recapture his youth.
