Who's got dual employment again? Me, thats who. Well it's about damned time. I got my old job back at Frederick's of Hollywood, so that should be fun till Waldenbooks picks up again. My former boss at Frederick's was pretty happy when she found out I wanted to come back and made some phone calls, and bam, I start there tomorrow. Looks like everything is about the same, I just have to learn the new line, plus one of the local stores is closing, so I can pick up extra hours there helping with tear-down.

This, however, puts an end to our road trip plans. Chicago will have to wait, as I cannot afford to go right now, plus I don't want to go taking a week off just after starting a job. It's okay, I guess...I'm getting stir-crazy though, and need to go somewhere soon. We all do. Or have a party, or something...

All in all, things just don't seem as fun as they used to be, and we're all pretty sad about that. Ahh well...is this what they call "reality"?

And people wonder why I've chosen the a life lacking responsibility. It seems to be easier to just be comfortable than be happy...at least once in awhile the two cross paths...

The best work choice I ever made was to become a driver. I work at Papa John's. I used to be a manager. Then I quit for awhile and came back as a driver. I now have no responsibility and I make a ton more money because of tips. To top it off, I still get paid like a manager as far as hourly goes because I have so much experience, but I am rarely called on to actually do anything other than drive around in my car, rock out, smoke way too much and occasionally drop off some pizzas.

Check with X since he's hosting or with APT since it's his party after all....they should know what's up. I know all of us from Kalamazoo are planning on being at X's around 6 or 7, but I'm not sure what time things are officially getting going.
