Okay, help me out.
I've got around 10 years worth of collected back issues of National Geographic that I'm trying to donate or something before we move. Got waaaaaaaaaaaay too many books/mags to take with me already, so I'd like to give these away instead of throwing them out which would be an absolutely horrible waste.
Tried all the local school libraries, some city libraries, and all the local thrift stores, and senior centers. None can take/use them. So, I'm wondering if you have any suggestions of places to try or want them for yourself, or know someone who'd be interesested. Oh, and hey, they're free.
The years collected are 1983 - 1990, which are all in leather binders that hold 6 issues a piece. Looks marvelous on a bookshelf. I've also got a box of random issues, all post-1990 if you want 'em. Everything is in good condition, and includes a few collector's issues. Hell, it's National Geographic, so if you're a photo/collage/scrapbooking nut, they could be useful to you as materials.
Boom.
