Oh, damn. My back is killing me.
I wish I could say it was from the wild sex last night, but alas, that is a memory of my younger days. No, I fell asleep propped up all funny while reading and woke about four hours later. This morning, getting out of bed was like a circus of sore muscle and shooting pain in the neck and shoulder area. Note to self: get girlfriend who doesn't mind giving massages. I figure they all love getting them, which is fine, since my massages are world class. I'm just saying, I could use one once in awhile, too.
This weekend has nothing but fun in store for my little group of friends. Saturday will see us heading to the John King Bookstore in Detroit, which has to be my absolute favorite thing about the city. I can walk in that place with a list of books a mile long and spend less than $50 instead of the hundred or so I've been known to drop at Borders. After that, Ann Arbor will see us bar hopping in search of good liquor and a few lost friends. Then, on the way home from Ann Arbor on Sunday, we'll be stopping in Novi for the Comic Con to geek out for hours on end. I'll be hunting for a hoodie that just has the Green Lantern symbol on it, or something, and possibly any old Scud: The Disposable Assassin stuff. Should be a great weekend.
What are you doing?

I suck at giving them.... and he hates getting them.
SUPER!
It's a long weekend here (Victoria Day), and the weather seems to be cooperating, so I'll probably try to hit a beach, or at least spend some time outside. There's a parade on Monday that we may go to, etc. etc. Nothing too amazing, but better than being at work.
