Ok. So here I am. I have been working my butt off on my show, which goes up on Friday. I am really nervous. It was seen by my advisor for the first time last night. With the exception of some acting notes, which I already knew, he seemed to like it all right.

I think Brokeback Mountain was swallowed whole by a fuckton of Oscar- and media-fueled hype, though I liked it when I finally got to see it a while back.
I dug him in that and Monster's Ball, and have little doubt that he can bring something interesting to The Dark Knight (fuck, I love that title!).
