crispy

this is what I made last night, and it was really good, and also really simple.... It was also very rich, so look out.... cut up some proscuitto, and sauteit on med high with some diced onion and olive oil. asit begins to brown, add some bell peppers( i used orange ones) when the bell pepps are about halfway done, throw in some mushrooms and zucchini( I also added sunburst squash..)saute this all together on med high heat on high if you feel like it's taking too long just don't foreget to stir, or it will burn. add water to the pan about an eighth of a cup at a time, if things are strting to stick or get too hot. this speeds cooking time and keeps things from sticking, and reduces things faster. so your mixture is done....
boil some water in a pot about halfway through making your saute, when it reaches a rolloing boil put your pasta in and cook to whatever tenderness you like. drain the pasta, but do not for the love of god rinse it. you will need the extra starch left on the noodles to make any kind of suace stick( I never rinse pasta ever)put the pasta back in the pot, and combine the saute with the pasta in the pot. mix thouroughly while still hot. add some freshly grated parmesan and youve got a pretty tasy meal, that is also well balanced.....
It's pretty rich though.... I would recommend serving this with a salad ... It'll help you with digestion..... It does me, anyway...... let me know if you try this or not.........

If the ducks win the stanley cup, I'm going to kill myself..... I hate that team.....hanging out with my folks was cool... except my father of course just had to bring his gun which made me incredibly uncomfortable... i hate guns, and i hate the police... I live on a main thoroughfare, and so theres traffic constanly, and he had his gun out. it wasn't even concealed... I kept saying put that thing away.... because here in LA they don't ask questions, even if your gun is legal... they throw you on the ground and kick your ass.....so other than that, my weekend with them was cool... I took them out to thai food...they had a good time that's all that matters to me.....

I hate everyone too..... we got your rain here in LA.... It looks like portland with palm trees here today.....
