Just getting home ... a friend and I went down to the Phillies/Giants game this afternoon. I have the 13 home Sunday game season ticket plan.
Today was the Phanatic's birthday party ... the last one at The Vet. Over 40,000 people showed up on this beautiful day ... it was in the mid 70s and sunny as all hell. Little did we know we'd be a witness to history.
Kevin Millwood of the Phillies threw a no-hitter today, and I was there.
Now I'm going to make some dinner for myself and wait for my friends to show up in a little bit to watch tonight's Flyers/Senators playoff game.
I've got to go set my VCR to tape 'The Simpsons' and 'Alias' before I forget and hate myself in the morning.
I love this time of year ...
GO FLYERS!

Witnessing a no hitter live must be amazing, especially under the circumstances.
Things like that remind me that I love baseball so much.
The only game of some significance that I have seen is the final interleague game played at the Kingdom.
