Faith.
It's such an interesting concept.
I don't mean solely in the religious sense ... especially in my case ... but just overall belief that things are going to turn out for the best. I'm blessed (or is it cursed?) with that type of mindset and always have been.
Despite all of the shit I've been through - and trust me I've been through some highly unpleasant shit - I've always had faith that tomorrow will be a better day.
And if not? The day after tomorrow will be.
Why is that? Where does that come from?
Yes, I constantly over-analyze everything and imagine the worst that could happen, but it always comes back to faith in the fact that everything will work itself out.
I feel like I'm starting to lose the faith.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I have believe in Fate. Things are going to happen as they happen, whether it's good or bad. Getting all freaked out and stressed isn't going to really change the outcome, just give you gray hair. Realizing you have no control really takes the stress off.
