This was a Very entertaining movie with a Great cast. I laughed A LOT. There were more than a few actors that I hadn’t seen recently, which was nice to see - one of the ‘twins’ I’m ashamed to admit it took me a fair bit of the film before I could put a name to his face.
The best summary I can come up with is “Lots of colorful characters stuck together and their individual stories eventually converge in the most bonkers way possible.” I don’t want to say much else for fear of spoiling some of the interesting connections & interactions.
Brad Pitt plays Ladybug (the main POV character) and he is just delightful. I feel like he had a blast filming this movie. Aaron Taylor-Johnson & Brian Tyree Henry play Tangerine & Lemon - they very nearly steal the show & played off each other wonderfully.
There is a lot of blood in this movie…like Deadpool levels of blood. That wasn’t a problem for me, but I know some folks can’t handle that.
There is a mid-credits scene, but that’s all. No need to stick around until the credits finish & the house lights come up.
