First off, there are some downright silly bits in this movie. My advice is to turn your brain off & enjoy the ride - much like the first Kingsmen movie, this is a Matthew Vaughn movie through & through. There are some phenomenally well edited scenes that were just fantastic to watch.

Overall, this is one of the best Marvel movies to come out since Endgame. It ties together some loose plot threads from Captain Marvel’s previous outings, WandaVision, & Ms. Marvel. It also does a good job of addressing the “Superman Problem” - namely the problem of making a story feel like it challenges the character who can brute-force most situations.

If you’ve seen Bert Kreischer‘a stand-up routine, you’ve seen 75% of this movie already. It had some good moments & a few belly laughs, but overall it was pretty forgettable. Mark Hamill was great as his dad & really elevated some of the scenes.
If you’ve got nothing going on & someone else is buying the tickets, then go see it, otherwise skip it.
