Well, I have had a fun filled week of being in the hospital. Went in last sunday with a collapsed lung and then found out wednesday I have emphysema....wonderful. but am home now and now I am smoke free. To anyone that reads this I highly recommend you quitting cigarettes immediately. I am only 30 years old and have emphysema, a degenerative lung disease that is typical in older smokers, which goes to show this could happen to anyone at anytime. happy to be home.
