My internet is working again!!!!!
Yay! I won't have to stare at my tiny phone screen to get my internet fix and type with my giant fingers and thumbs on itty bitty keys
So, life is sort of moving along... sometimes it seems really fast, other times unbearably slow.
I have 3 more weeks of work left if I make it that far. I hope I do so baby will be fully developed and I have enough time to get things ready for when he comes.
But, If the midwives decide I need to be home sooner or if baby comes early and I dont have to feel like a hippo with broken hips any longer than necessary that would be fine too
We finally have a bit of a plan in place for the winter. Two extra months in the current apartment payed on a slightly higher month to moth policy, to give me and baby at least 2 months to get adjusted to each other.
Then moving in with Eric's nana for 2-3 months (depending on how bad the cat irritates his allergies
)
Then we'll start looking for an apartment or rental house in in march/ april in his old home town A FULL HOUR drive away from this shithole tourist trap we live in now.
We'll still be near our mountains but, far, far away from the sad seasonal cycle of traffic and layoffs. Hopefully in the lay off period this winter he'll have already found a job out that way and I'll hopefully have had enough time to get some sort of plan for a home business worked out or I'll be looking for a job too.
Hopefully I'll be able to just pick up a few hours a week waitressing and then get my doula certification and between that and sewing I should be pretty busy and pretty ok on money and hopefully still have enough time left over to be a good momma to our little one.
I get so worried when I think about trying to balance it all. The first 5 months are going to be a breeze all things considered because I'll be layed off with unemployment with nothing in particular to focus on but learning his needs and getting the whole breastfeeding and diapering thing figured out.
But moving my throw a wrench into all that. Especially moving twice in 6 months.We'll definately save alot of money with the months at nanas so that wont be a huge issue. But then I'll have to figure out if it's more financially sound for me to stay home and work from home or if its worth paying for child care and if I can still CD and if I'll be able to pump enough milk for me to be away from him for enough hours to have a job.
So much to think about

Sounds like you have a lot going on. Hopefully all good things on the horizon.
