6 months today officially. I got my first kick in the ribs today while I was hunched over. If I didn't already know for sure that its not the case I would be wondering if there were two little minions wrestling around in there. I'm feeling kicks and jabs on both sides of my belly at once!
I think hes just stretching out and punching and kicking or kicking and headbutting at the same time but it's weird because I usually don't feel much on my right side since I think that's where my placenta is.
I laid in bed next to E last night and watched my belly quiver and warp as he rolled around and pushed out against his squishy prison walls. If his personality in utero continues to his outside world life I'm sure he will be very punctual and in a big hurry to come out and make his presence known. He already kicks and headbutts his "door" multiple times a day and likes to let me know when he's bored and awake. Even in the wee hours of the morning.
I'm afraid I'm releasing a little demon but, I'm so excited to meet him I don't care how unruly he is
I've been thinking about this since our last renaissance fair where I almost got a henna tattoo on my hand.
Henna is a symbol of fertility and has played an important role in ancient cultures as a marriage and birth rite. Just as belly dance has.
I think it would be fun to do for my baby shower or in the final weeks before birth while I'm at home.
Since I can't get any real tattoos for a while maybe some henna and lots of belly pictures will satiate my craving for body art for a while

Thank you! I really need to take a pic of the burn right now. It hurts like a bitch.
