I just found out that i have to fit 6 solid weeks of off season work into 6 weeks of full show days. I might shoot myself or get thrown in prison before its over but i think im about to throw myself into yet another hellish holiday season.
People dont understand when i say i hate christmas. For years my christmas has started in october, ended in march and been so busy and hellishly stressful i can barely remember putting up my own christmas tree or what years i did and didnt put one up.
Im waiting on a scatterbrained director who has no idea what shes doing and a cluless, spineless manager to tell me what all ill be working on. I have 6 weeks to do it all and my money has been cut off and im still missing a cast member. Id say this is going to be a wild ride and im going to be in dire need of my 2months of layoff time.
I finally got my undercut in the back cleaned up by my girl at work. She did it super quick which was great because i have soooooooooooo much stuff to do!
That usually works with me... although I avoid any stress whatsoever, so I probably couldn't have your job.
So stay in there and make sure you do it as best as you can
