Grrrrr! Just when I got my sleep schedule all sorted out and on a routine that stupid asshole fucks it all up.
So this dude at work is really pissing me off because he's so fucking lazy and it actually affects my ability to do my job properly. I can't decide if it's just that he's lazy which creates for work for everyone else and makes everyone pissy or if it's that he is absolutely unaffected by how much shit it causes for everyone else.
He's the fucking props master and anytime a prop or something else he's in charge of breaks he acts like he's doing you a big fucking favor by half assed fixing it and taking his sweet time about it.
So I texted him about 6:30 since he had already left (after working only 5 godamn hours!) to tell him one of the frames for a mechanical prop was broken. I'm in charge of the exterior/ aesthetic part of this prop so him fixing it is necessary for me to finish my part of the job. He didn't answer.
I texted him again at 10:45 (as I was getting of work (after 8 hours of work) still no answer.
He CALLED me at 1:30 am! (I had been in bed for about 30 minutes and had already texted him an answer) To ask me to basically explain to him what was broken and how he should fix it!
I totally kept my calm even though I was so fucking pissed and explained what was wrong and that he needed to come in early since there was no way to replace that prop and still have a show.
He actually had the balls to try to make up some lame ass excuse about how it was fine when he had it last and it should be so and so deal to fix it because they broke it. It's his goddamn job and noone elses to fix that crap and he knows it.
I felt like screaming at him to quit being a whiney lazy piece of shit fuck head and just do his goddamn job for once in his worthless career as an under qualified props master. He's so fucking stupid and lazy it just blows my mind that he still has a job.
So it's totally pissed me off and now I can't sleep. GRRRRR! I say! GRRRRRR! I could stab him in the eyeball with a fork right now!

He sounds like a real dick! I have had my feel of people like this aswell. Is it too much to ask for everyone to pull their own weight? Do like I do, and remind yourself that at some point people like this will fall flat on thier face. Just give him all the rope he wants!

Haha. thanks. I think he finally got a good kick in the pants the other day. He had 2 supervisors breathing down his neck while he FINALLY finished the entire project. The RIGHT way :-P
