So yesterday 3/6/18, I learned that an overdose of your medication is considered anything over your normal amount you take. I take Zoloft for my depression and couldn't remember if I took it when I got home from work at 5am so around 11am I took the same dosage. No, I didn't mean to. No, I wasn't trying to actually OD. Well, around 5pm when I woke up to get ready for work at 6pm, I felt off. So I went to work and looked into what happens when you take a second dosage and the effects. From there I let my on site health care professionals know; who then told me to go let HR know and go to the ER. Long story short ER cleared me after an hour and told me not to take a doseage today, and that I should be ok as I didn't take a really huge dose. Well, thanks for reading. I still feel the shakes from the overdose, but that's a lot better than what could've happen.

@liath I'm on 75mg. I took your dosage and my body didn't know how to handle it. I'm doing better. Thanks for the concern.
