My weight loose was due to.. GASP diet and exercise. I play the game dance dance revolution like a fiend and use my bowflex daily. I limited myself to around 1500 calories a day for the first week, then 1300 the next, then, 1100, then 1000. Im back up to around 1500 calories a day Im still loosing weight. They key is to drink LOT of water. im talking around close a gallon a day. Hopet his helps.
