Blimey, well it's certainly been a busy few weeks my pretties. A lot of other people have mentioned a lot of it, so I'll just give you the basics:
Two weekends past I decided to take a jaunt down to Brighton to spent some time in the company of the ever-lovely Nic and Traumatron, as well as the equally nifty Caramel and Midwinter. They have kittens. Kittens who are very interested in attacking various parts of my groin, but are still adorable.
Then last weekend it was my flatmate TheQuestion's birthday. Much has been said on this by people who were a great deal more motivated than me. However, I shall say that it was a damn good time had by all, was nice meeting new people and hanging out with old. Of particular surprise was the rather shocking appearance of SGUK Man of Legend Geronimo (whose name probably means nothing to many of you. Pfft, kids today). I was only slightly put-out to discover that he had, in fact, turned up for a World of Warcraft guild meeting in the same pub. Aah well. Other than that it was all the usual malarky, cake fights, boob-rubbing (which led to being questioned by a complete stranger as to how I managed to be such a hit with the ladies. Oh it is to laugh), holocaust denial. You know. All that fun stuff. I even got to pla host to about 8 assorted Internet perverts, proving once and for all that, yes, the Nerdcave is conduicive to guests.
And then last night I took a wee trip up to Wokingham to spend some time with a rather awesome young lady. I honestly can't remember laughing so hard and so long in ages and, believe it or not, I was actually sober at the time. The fallout kind of spilled it's way onto SGUK, seems strangely typical that we still end up posting nonsence on the Internet.
All in all it's kind of a shame really, she was kind enough to provide me with booze, pizza, use of a sofabed and toast and how do I repay her?

p.s. when people talk about things ''coming together,' do you think it's actually a throwback to a sexual reference?
