She feels like a goddess of house and home, but without children who need her care... half awakening to light hands in the morning, caresses and kisses, and three feet of comfortable blankets, pillows, and sheets. She could lie there forever, roll around on the top of her bed, stretch in its embrace, sleep until death. There is little that feels so good as this - little except for the additional knowledge that there is no real work to be done today.

The blinds in the window hide the morning sunlight. It tries its hardest, a frustrated child, to peek through the slits, but most unfortunate, it does not bother the lounging princess. Instead, the cool blues and greys it casts create just-the-right ambience. She loves it, adores it, welcomes the touch. A present to her, it makes her feel warm though the air is new-day cool.

Naked in cotton, satin, and fluff, she lays and thinks and pictures the future. Oh heaven, if life could continue as such! She rolls one turn completely around, grabs a yellow pillow, and hugs it to her chest. So soft, so cool, what a great feeling...
