And I'm back in town...wasn't that short. Got home on Tuesday, hung out with my parents for a few hours. Then I went over to a "party" at a friends house...There were only like 10 of us but it was nice to see people...The host goes to Georgia Tech so we rarely see him. Played twister, ate potato dumplings, watched Napolean Dynamite and MST3K.
Went home at 4am and had to get up in the mornin to go do the family christmas stuff....bleh. After that was done and we came home, I got into a yelling match with my dad over...what else....the news. I got pissed off at him refusing to call people by their proper names. Doesn't sounds like a big deal eh?
Think again. Anyone from the middle east or the indian subcontinent becomes a "Dune Coon", "Sand Nigger" "Camel Jockey" or a "Towel head." It's not gays or homosexuals, its "Queers". I have been told before that I can be anything I want, unless I "turn queer" and then hes gonna shoot me. Anyway, I went off on him and we got into a big ass arguement over immigration with him blaming the failing healthcare and society security systems among other things on mexican immigrants.
I can tolerate his racism up to a point, but sometimes I just snap. Things calmed down and we ate dinner....watched Matchstick Men afterwards. Nicholas Cage plays a great Germophobe, Agrophobe, whatever other conditions he had. Today, I loaded up with food, candy and crap and headed back downstate...all 4 hours of it. Weeeee.
Wouldn't be bad if I had a CD player. Yes, I am the only person in the world without a CD player in their vehicle. Probably due to the fact that I am stuck driving a 90 ford f-150 king cab. One plus side, I can haul literally 8 people around in decent comfort. Got to work this weekend and then I have mon-thursday of next week here by myself....weeeee. unfortunate that there are very few SG members around here.

Thai food is goooo goood! There is a place near me that stays open until 4 o clock in the morning! thai food at 4 in the morning! that's brilliant!
