My massage was wonderful, even if it was given to me my a little Asian man named Alfredo. Afterward, I spent some time soaking in the whirlpool. I came home and took a two hour nap. Now, I'm unmotivated to do anything else today but lie on the couch and absorb some TV.

I spent some time thinking about things that make me smile (unfortunately, most of them are solitary things):

my cats
sex
vacations (Hawaii)
bugs
boobies
reading a great book
napping
spending time outside on a cool fall afternoon
geocaching
the smell of baking bread
gardening
holding my significant other while watching David Letterman
