So Sunday, I took a spill off my bike. Big surprise. I'm a total clutz. Some scrapes and bruises on me. My bike made it out with a little bent brake (which i can fix) and a scratch on my bar ends. But it was a fabulous day! I biked 12 miles then hiked for about 2.5 hours. All that physical activity felt so f*ing fantastic.
The next day (that'd be yesterday/Monday) I went to personal training and that really kicked my ass. Hard. Every muscle in my upper chest and arms are sore. Not to mention my inner thighs and abs. But it's that good kind of ache. I go again tomorrow and I am worried that I will not be able to get a good work out in because of all this soreness. I wish I could speed along my muscle recovery.
