I have been craving sweets like crazy these past two weeks.
Do I blame increased intensity of my workouts? Leading to an increased need for calories (very counterproductive for weight loss).
Or lack of dietary protein? Some research suggests that people crave sweets when they are protein deficient.
Or should I just use the old standby and blame being female and having hormones?
