This just isn't my year! I got burned pretty bad at work at the end of last week.
I had to go home immediately & I still have to keep a gauze on. So, I stayed home yesterday & I go back tomorrow. Wish me luck!!
Since I had to stay home, i was able to look up some new recipes. I'm going to be making lentil tacos for dinner tonight. I hope they taste as good as they sound!
Though I have to admit, I'm kinda scared of the stove right now :/
On the bright side, injuries & sickness always means I get quality time with my best friend, the cat
