Well I am back from the Windy City! I had a nice time in Chicago. I didn't have much time to see the city but oh well. I got in at 6 am on Friday morning and slept until noon. I got up tried on a tux and hung out with my cousin and his other grooms men at his house it started raining so we canceled the afternoon outing. Then we went to the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner. We were out until 2 am. Of course the next day being the wedding we did not go sightseeing either.
So I promised a story. Unfortunately the real details never surfaced but here it is. Two guys bailed last minute. One guy claimed with his wife pregnant he just could not leave her unattended. She is 4 months pregnant and no apparent complications were known of. Apparently he has bailed elsewhere for the same reason. He is an ass in my opinion. This was not the guy I took the place of. the guy I replaced was at the wedding in fact... he was at the rehearsal dinner. Why I took his place I have no clue. He just said he would be running too late of course he said this all 2 weeks before the wedding.
The wedding was nice anyway. The tux shop gave me a white vest and I was supposed to have black so that was a screw up but it was forgotten. The day was nice the reception was huge it was a 5 course meal with a full bar and a desert table. It was crazy huge. Sunday I did see Chicago. We went to a freaking planetarium. I never knew how bad planetariums sucked until I went to one. I will never go to one again. We went to chinatown and avoided contracting SARS. We walked very quickly down Michigan ave and went to Marshall-fields it has like 9 stories or some shit. We ate chicago style pizza. It was a good time. Next time I will go to museums I want to go to though.
My plane was late getting in and was late coming home by 2 and a half hours both ways. I hate flying.
I am attempting to get work now and have actually applied at 2 places. Wooohooo! Anyways...
I am crazedlunatik and I approved this entry!
hehe
EDITED: I added a few pics from the wedding more to come later

And lemme tell you ... you replacing someone that was still there ... that made me laugh so fucking hard.
I love it when plans actually fall into place and things work out. LOL.
Plane rides are awesome man ... I love flying. However ... if you were just circling for two hours, that woulda sucked. Seeing the same scenery over and over isn't fun.
I do hope that you got a picture of the bride and groom flipping you the bird. Otherwise the trip was uneventful, right?
