so, due to an income of birthday monies, i spent a little more than half on my camera. my lovely little nikon d70. i'm really really excited! i could have easily spent more! but i'm saving moniessss. (what for? secret! )
i got...
the nikon 50mm f/1.8D lens. (it's so little compared to my other!)
a spare battery. (yay, i use it up too fast!)
a polarizing filter.
a camera bag.
and three used "bargain" filters.
there's still lots i want, but this is by far one of the best purchases and investments i've made. (: i 'll be good for a while. i definitely need the 18-55mm or 18-70mm, and later on a macro lens would be delicious.
huzzah.
anyone wanna go take pictures with me?

I know what button zooms, and what button flashes, and so forth.
I give you, as proof of this, the fact that I know of at least a hundred beautiful places to pfotograph. My pics folder has none though
Soon we will have spring, and I will have to post some. Just to show people how beautiful the Loess hills can be.
