Wow, so I kind of forgot about SG for a while there. Sorry, guys! I missed you and I've come crawling back!
I have been up to heaps, oh my god. I've moved to Sydney, I'm living in Leichhardt with three guys in a band who are the bomb. I've started a grown up job as a receptionist at a law firm in the city (my first grown up job!), although that has in no way prevent me from repeatedly staying up past 3am and then getting up at 7am the next morning. The guys are mostly up late anyway, and the house is awesome, and yeah.
I've also started roller derby! Just passed my first assessment, and I'll post some pics soon. It is as addictive as pole dancing and kind of better because there is this whole social scene that comes along with it - the girls are all awesome and cool.
I'm pretty happy right now. There is some lowkey drama but I'm working on that, and it's summer and Christmas, and it's the best time of the year!
So what's going on with everyone?
ETA: This is skating me! Going fast around the track, thigh socks and all. All I need to do now is settle on a derby name. This is harder than I thought it would be.
