Today I:
Overslept, spilled coffee on myself, dropped multiple things on the floor, sliced a knuckle, kicked the edge of a wooden door barefoot, and I swore.
The fridge went out, I received awful news, I yelled at inanimate objects, and I swore some more.
We put a different fridge in, destroyed the kitchen in the process of cleaning it out, and swore a lot....
