I've been in Haiti for two and a half weeks. Living conditions are better than when I was in Iraq in '03, but could be better. I've done what one would expect of a Boatswain Mate Third Class in the Coast Guard, rode in and or drove a small boat. I did get a few short opportunities to interact with some Haitian kids. That was great.

Now for the real weird part. I'm jacking WiFi from a ship in the harbor and Suicide Girls is the only site that works right now. Great, all the beautiful women I can look at and I'm stuck around 100 dudes who haven't showered.
