Yay!!!! My cat came home a couple of days ago. He'd been gone for a month and a half, so we'd given up all hope and thought he'd probably been hit by a car.
But he just showed up meowing on our porch.
Someone had definitely been keeping him inside and feeding him. He'd even had a bath.
I don't know why anyone would ever steal someone elses cat, there are so many at animal shelters that need homes. I sure hope he peed on their stuff.

I once had a cat named Felix, who ran away and then animal control called me 2 whole years later and said he'd been arrested. I bailed him out and from that day until the next time he took off, he never left my side. I really miss him....Cats are marvelous creatures. They express their loyalty to you by bringing dead things to your doorstep, or if they really love you, in your bed. What a cool way to show someone you love them. Cozybear, I'm way glad your kitty came home- he truly loves you to have escaped from those people who kidnapped him. I betcha he peed on their stuff. Cats are cool like that. Peace and love, MaryJane
